    Improving the Impact of CPD Through Powerful Peer Coaching Workshop

    Tue 28th June 2016 Novotel London, Greenwich

    The Improving the Impact of CPD Through Powerful Peer Coaching Workshop will show you how to develop a peer coaching programme for all staff that will increase the learning from lesson observation and create an open door culture in which we constantly learn from one another. It will ensure that the impact of your performance management and CPD policies are delivering what Ofsted are looking for – continuous teacher improvement.

    The workshop will cover how to use a time saving, effective 7 minute coaching model so that teaching practice is constantly tweaked to deliver good progress for all students. In addition, the peer coaching model can be extended to all staff, including teaching assistants and administrative staff. This model makes it possible to develop coaching that works in your school because it is a pragmatic approach that can fit in to the teacher's busy schedule.

Please note that where applicable, confirmed registrations include:
  • Refreshments including lunch
  • Powerpoint slides within a week of the conference (Powerpoint slides are not produced for seminars)

Terms and Conditions:

Terms of Payment: Payment is required before attending the conference. A late payment invoice of £50 will be issued to any delegate whose invoice remains outstanding by the conference date. VAT receipts will be sent by post for all bookings.

Cancellations and substitutions: If for any reason you are unable to attend, cancellations will need to be received in writing prior to the booked event and in line with the cancellation dates given at the time of booking. Substitutions can be made at any time at no extra cost.

Speaker Cancellations: Although every effort is made to ensure our speakers appear as advertised; we are unable to guarantee any speaker’s attendance as unforeseen circumstances can arise which can prevent a speaker from being able to attend. In the event of a speaker being unable to attend we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement of the same calibre and level of expertise. To avoid disappointment, please visit our website regularly to keep up to date with the latest programme for each conference. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
